The phrase «20 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΝΤΑΞΗ ΤΗΣ ΚΥΠΡΟΥ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΥΡΩΠΑΪΚΗ ΕΝΩΣΗ» is circularly inscribed. The twelve stars are also depicted in the composition’s outer ring.
