Τhe Reporting Instructions were issued by the Central Bank of Cyprus in accordance with the provisions of Regulation ECB/2015/18 and Guideline ECB/2015/19 issued by the European Central Bank on 16 April 2015, concerning statistics on holdings of securities. The aim of these instructions are to prescribe the format and content of the statistical returns which companies are required to submit to the Central Bank of Cyprus.
The required data comprise monthly security-by-security data on equity securities, investment fund shares/units and debt securities held either on own account or in custody on behalf of clients resident in Cyprus.
