Regular publication of aggregated data for the Credit Servicers (CSs) and Credit Acquiring Companies (CACs) sector in Cyprus

The Central Bank of Cyprus ("CBC"), aiming to further enhance transparency and provide more comprehensive information to interested parties, proceeds with the regular publication of aggregated data for the sector of Credit Servicers (CSs) and Credit Acquiring Companies (CACs) in Cyprus (data on non-performing loans and real estate).

Specifically, the CBC publishes on a semi-annual basis, starting with the data as of 30 June 2024, the following:

The total amount of loans held by Credit Acquiring Companies, categorised into natural and legal persons and into performing exposures (PEs) and non-performing exposures (NPEs), based on the contractual agreements.
The total stock of real estate held by Credit Acquiring Companies.
