Supervisory Review

Pursuant to Article 143(1)(c) of CRD IV, the Central Bank of Cyprus is required to publish information on the general criteria and methodologies used in the supervisory review and evaluation process.

Disclosures are designed to provide information on four core supervisory considerations:

1. Scope of application of SREP (Articles 108 to 110 of CRD)
2. Assessment of SREP elements (Articles 74 to 96 of CRD)
3. Review and evaluation of ICAAP and ILAAP (Articles 73, 86, 97, 98 and 103 of CRD)
4. Overall SREP assessment and supervisory measures (Articles 102 and 104 of CRD)
