The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 23 March 2015, the recognitions of the variable capital companies “Euroventures Cyprus Ltd’’ and “Russomotive Direct Investments Fund Ltd’’ to operate as International Collective Investment Schemes, were revoked, in accordance with article 57(2) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
