1. Having regard to the decision of the European Central Bank of 03.03.2016 to withdraw the authorisation of JSC "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA" as a credit institution, on 04.03.2016 the Financial and Capital Market Commission (Latvia) established the occurrence of deposit unavailability at the JSC "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA".
2. The decision on the form and procedures for payout of guaranteed compensations will be adopted later of which the depositors will be immediately informed.
