The CBC would like to clarify that the restrictive measures contained in the fourth Decree issued on 3 April 2013 remain the same as those in the third Decree dated 2 April 2013.
The issuance of a new Decree was necessary due to the expiry of the third Decree on 3 April 2013 (midnight).
It should be emphasised that the CBC will issue announcements only in cases where the Decrees contain changes.
