The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 29 June 2011, it recognised “SPA Multi-Strategy Fund I.I. L.P.” as an international limited partnership and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of section 21, subparagraphs (1), (2) and (4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
