The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 28 November 2011, it recognised “Levant and the Balkans Special Situations Fund Ltd” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
