The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 7 February 2012, it recognised “Vinga Fond Ltd” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
