In accordance with the provisions of Sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Law, 1999 and 2000, the Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that on 6 August 2010 it recognised “Eneco Wind Energy Investment Fund Limited” as an international variable capital company and has designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme.
