Announcement by the Central Bank of Cyprus in accordance with article 69(3)
The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 7 April 2014, it recognised “POALIM REAL ESTATE FUND (CYPRUS) LIMITED” as an international fixed capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 4(1) and 4(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
