In view of the enactment of the Law on Alternative Investment Funds on 10 July 2014, the Central Bank of Cyprus will no longer accept applications for the establishment of Private International Collective Investment Schemes under the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000 which will cease to be in force in the near future.
