The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 29 November 2012, the recognition of the variable capital company "Itchen Fund Ltd", to operate as an International Collective Investment Scheme, was revoked, in accordance with article 57(2) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
