Announcement by the Central Bank of Cyprus in accordance with article 69(3)
The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 20 February 2014, it recognised “ALPHA FRONTLINE INTERNATIONAL BONDS & SHARES INVESTMENT FUND LIMITED” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
