The Statistics Department (SD) of the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) has released the external data statistics (Balance of Payments, International Investment Position and External Debt) for the second quarter of 2015 as well as the revised statistics for 2013, 2014 and the first quarter of 2015. The revisions mainly concern enhanced data of "Special Purpose Entities" (SPEs) registered/ incorporated in Cyprus.
Moreover, the SD of the CBC has released revised data for the period 2008-2012, which were compiled in accordance with the methodology set out in the Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual of the International Monetary Fund, Sixth Edition (BPM6) and the European System of Accounts, 2010 (ESA 2010).
