The Central Bank of Cyprus, on 16-17 May 2024, will host for the first time in Cyprus a regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of the European Central Bank (ECB).
The Supervisory Board discusses, plans and carries out the ECB’s supervisory tasks. The ECB directly supervises the significant institutions of each euro area country and other participating EU Member States. It meets regularly and it is composed of the Chair, the Vice-Chair, four ECB representatives and representatives of national supervisors.
