The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 11 November 2011, it recognised “Russomotive Direct Investments Fund Ltd” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
