With reference to the above, the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia (“FCMC”) announces the following:
1. The payout of guaranteed compensations to depositors of the Cyprus branch of JSC "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA" (“the Branch”) will start from 16.03.2016.
2. The guaranteed compensation to one depositor should be paid in one transfer.
3. The guaranteed compensation should be transferred to an account in another bank ordered by depositor.
4. The applications for payout of guaranteed compensations should be submitted to the Branch in its working hours, or using services for money transfer electronically, if such option is provided in depositors agreement with JSC "TRASTA KORMECBANKA".
5. To receive guaranteed compensation in the Branch, the same documents are required to be presented as usually requested by banks to identify clients.
