The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 17 February 2012, it recognised "The Active Cyprus Banking Sector Fund Ltd" as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
