Announcement by the Central Bank of Cyprus in accordance with article 69(3)
The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 13 February 2014, it recognised “NEXTIUS CAPITAL LONDON LIMITED” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
