Announcement by the Central Bank of Cyprus in accordance with article 69(3)
The Central Bank of Cyprus, hereby announces that on 15 March 2013, it recognised “MILLAU FUND LIMITED” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
