The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 13 December, 2012, the recognition of the variable capital company "H.E.F. Heliopolis Energy Investment Fund Limited", to operate as an International Collective Investment Scheme, was revoked, in accordance with article 57(1) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
