The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 23 February 2011, the recognition of the variable capital company “Faos Clean and Renewable Energy Fund Ltd”, to operate as an International Collective Investment Scheme, was revoked, in accordance with article 57(1) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
