On December 1st, 2011, the Central Bank of Cyprus authorised TFI Markets Ltd to operate as a payment institution, under the provisions of the Payment Services Laws of 2009 to 2010 (the Law). Under the authorisation, the company is allowed to carry out payment services, as provided in points 1, 2, 3(c) and 4(c) of the Annex of the Law.
According to the provisions of section 8 of the Law the Central Bank of Cyprus has established a public register of authorised payment institutions, their agents and branches. This register is accessible by clicking here.
