The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 6 June 2014, the recognition of the variable capital company “XS South East Europe Property Fund Limited”, to operate as an International Collective Investment Scheme, was revoked, in accordance with article 57(2) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
