In accordance with the provisions of Section 57 of the Law, the Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that it has revoked on 20 July 2010, the recognition of “The Dragon Property (Overseas) Fund Delta Ltd” to operate as a variable capital company and the said company, has, therefore, ceased to operate as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme.
