Announcement by the Central Bank of Cyprus in accordance with article 57(3)
The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 20 February 2014, the recognition of the international investment limited partnership “K&S CAPITAL PARTNERS L.L.P.” to operate as International Collective Investment Scheme was revoked, in accordance with article 57(1) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
