The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that, on 23 March 2011, the recognitions of the international investment limited partnerships “XS Capital Partners I” and “XS Capital Partners II” to operate as International Collective Investment Schemes were revoked, in accordance with article 57(2) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
