In accordance with the provisions of Sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Law, 1999 and 2000, the Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that on 27 September, 2010 it recognised “CENTRORIVER EURASIA OPPORTUNITIES FUND LIMITED” as an international variable capital company and has designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme.
