The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that on 10 May 2012 it recognised “CLEANTECH MOMENTUM CAPITAL FUND L.P.” as an international limited partnership and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of section 21, subparagraphs (1), (2) and (4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000.
