The Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that on 3 May 2012 it recognised “EOS Multi-Strategy Fund Ltd” as an international variable capital company and designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme, in accordance with the provisions of sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws, 1999 and 2000.
