In accordance with the provisions of Sections 10(1) and 10(4) of the International Collective Investment Schemes Laws of 1999 and 2000, the Central Bank of Cyprus hereby announces that it has recognised “Indus Kamdhenu Fund Ltd” as an international variable capital company and has designated it as a Private International Collective Investment Scheme.
