The Central Bank of Cyprus would like to remind all financial entities in scope of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (the Digital Operational Resilience Act “DORA”) that the date of application is 17 January 2025. As of this day, these financial entities must comply with the requirements of DORA Regulation together with the relevant technical standards published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
