The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction conducted on 1 March 2007 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £579,5 million were submitted, and an amount of £350,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,50%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,44% and 3,57%, respectively.
