The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 10 April 2003 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £157,0 million were submitted and an amount of £125,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,40%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,39% and 3,44%, respectively.
