The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 11 December 2003 for the acceptance of deposits of 7-day duration, bids amounting to £45,0 million were submitted and an amount of £30,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,01%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 2,99% and 3,04%, respectively.
