The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction conducted on 12 April 2007 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £242,0 million were submitted, and an amount of £100,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,47%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,39% and 3,49%, respectively.
