The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction conducted on 15 September 2005 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £327,5 million were submitted, and an amount of £200,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 2,57%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 2,56% and 2,59%, respectively.
