The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 17 July 2003 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £141,0 million were submitted and an amount of £120,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,32%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,28% and 3,38%, respectively.
