The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 19 June 2003 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £173,0 million were submitted and an amount of £140,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,38%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,34% and 3,43%, respectively.
