The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 24 April 2003 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £95,0 million were submitted and an amount of £60,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,42%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,32% and 3,50%, respectively.
