The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction conducted on 30 March 2006 for the acceptance of deposits of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £260,5 million were submitted, and an amount of £110,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 2,43%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 2,43% and 2,44%, respectively.
