The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 31 March 2005 for the acceptance of deposits, of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £90,0 million, were submitted and an amount of £40,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 3,89%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 3,88% and 3,93%, respectively.
