The Central Bank of Cyprus announces that during the auction on 3 February 2005 for the acceptance of deposits, of 14-day duration, bids amounting to £78,5 million, were submitted and an amount of £40,0 million was absorbed at a weighted average allotment rate of 4,21%. The minimum and maximum allotment rates were 4,19% and 4,40%, respectively.
