The Central Bank of Cyprus announces, in the form of an Announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on 13 June 2008, the sale by auction up to €100.000.000 Government Registered Development Stock (GRDS) of five year duration with a nominal interest rate of 4,50%. The date of issue will be the 25th June 2008 and the repayment date the 25th June 2013. GRDS will be repaid at par on maturity date.
GRDS issues with five year duration are effected in tranches. The auction will take place on Monday 23rd June 2008.
Bids on the prescribed form for 5-year GRDS will be accepted from 19th June 2008 and not later than 9:00 a.m. on 23rd June 2008. Application forms for the submission of bids and copies of the Announcement and General and Specific Terms of Issue may be obtained from the Securities Section of the Central Bank of Cyprus or may be printed through the website of the Central Bank of Cyprus.
