Procedures for the conclusion of contracts for the Execution of works, the Supply of goods and the Provision of services.
The Central Bank of Cyprus (hereinafter the "CBC"), for the purpose of fulfilling its operational needs, proceeds to conclude contracts, following the procedures and rules provided for in the Directives on the Regulation of Contract Award Procedures from 2021 to 2025 (hereinafter the "Directives").
The Directives constitute a regulatory administrative act that is harmonized with Directive (No.) 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC.
The Directives have been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus and their unofficial consolidation can be found here (only in Greek).
Contract notices that the CBC is obliged to publish in accordance with the Directives are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus as well as on CBC’s website. In addition, contract notices with an estimated value equal to or higher than the thresholds of Directive (No.) 2014/24/EU are also published in the Official Journal of the European Commission.
