Call for Tenders 12/2017: Implementation Services for a new Records Management System for the CBC using OpenText Content Server

The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) invites interested economic operators to submit tenders for undertaking the subject project. The contract will be awarded on the basis of an open procurement procedure to the most economically advantageous tender.

The Tender Documents are available on the CBC's website. The economic operators downloading the Tender Documents should promptly email their contact information (business name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address) to hrtenders@centralbank.cy with subject heading "Implementation Services for a new Records Management System for the Central Bank of Cyprus using OpenText Content Server", thereby enabling the CBC to send them any additional information or clarifications. The CBC will not be held responsible in case interested tenderers do not receive at all or in time any further information or clarifications owing to their failure to provide correct or complete contact information.

According to the regulations and procedures governing procurements, the tenders, along with all relevant documents, are required to be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly stating on the front that they refer to the subject project. The sealed envelopes should be addressed to the CBC and placed in the tender box of the Procurement Committee, Room 018 at the CBC, no later than 11.30am on 24 January 2018.
