Tender No. 03/2020
The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) calls interested parties to submit their tenders for the supply, installation and configuration of a request and incident handling system for the CBC HelpDesk. The contract will be awarded using the open procedure on the basis of the most advantageous from a financial standpoint tender, which optimizes the relationship between price and quality.
Interested parties can retrieve the Tender Documents by clicking here (in Greek only), as of 22/05/2020.
Parties receiving the Tender Documents are called to send the contact information of a person responsible for communicating with the CBC (name, address, phone and fax numbers) via an email at epitropiagoron@centralbank.cy with subject “Tender 03/2020 for the supply, installation and configuration of a request and incident processing and management system for the CBC HelpDesk”. The CBC assumes no responsibility in case a party either does not supply contact information or provides incorrect contact information, thus rendering it unable to receive any additional information or clarifications regarding the tender.
The offers must be addressed to the CBC and submitted along with any supporting documentation to the CBC’s tender box, room 018 of the CBC main building, the latest by 29/06/2020 and time 13:00, in a sealed envelope according to the terms included in the Tender Documents.
