CALL FOR TENDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF ADVISORY SERVICES WITH REGARD TO THE SALE OF CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD'S INVESTMENTS IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE SA AND CPB ASSET MANAGEMENT A.E.D.A.K

The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC), in its capacity as Resolution Authority, invites interested economic operators to submit a request for participation in the subject project. The contract will be awarded on the basis of a negotiated procedure and publication of a relevant notice in accordance with the CBC Directives on Award of Contracts, (Supplies, Works and Service) of 2006, as subsequently amended, to the most economically advantageous tender.
The Tender Documents will be available on the official website of the CBC until 16/12/2016. The operators downloading the Tender Documents should promptly e-mail their contact information (business name, address, telephone number, fax number, electronic mail address) to the electronic address RU@centralbank.cy with subject matter "TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF ADVISORY SERVICES WITH REGARD TO THE SALE OF CYPRUS POPULAR BANK LTD'S INVESTMENTS IN THE SHARE CAPITAL OF INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE SA AND CPB ASSET MANAGEMENT A.E.D.A.K.", thereby enabling the CBC to send them any additional information or clarifications. The CBC assumes no responsibility in case interested economic operators do not receive any additional information or clarifications from the CBC due to their neglect to provide their information or, if provided, the information is either incomplete or erroneous.
The Requests to Participate should be addressed to the Resolution Unit of the CBC and be sent to the Tender Box of the CBC, 80 Kennedy Avenue, CY-1076, Nicosia, Cyprus, no later than 15:00 hours on 09/01/2017, in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Documents.
